I’m incredibly proud of everyone who stepped up and gave their best at the recent grading. The standard was truly exceptional, and it’s a reflection of your hard work, discipline, and dedication to karate. Well done to all who achieved their goals!

A heartfelt thank you to Senpai Laura and Peter for their tireless support and guidance. Your commitment to helping our students reach their potential is invaluable.

As Miyamoto Musashi said, "The purpose of today's training is to defeat yesterday's understanding." Each of you has done just that—improving, growing, and pushing your limits.

Gichin Funakoshi reminded us that, "The ultimate aim of karate lies not in victory or defeat but in the perfection of the character of its participants." Your determination and spirit are a testament to this philosophy.

And, as Kanazawa Soke often emphasized, "Always train with an open mind and a pure heart." Let’s continue on this journey with humility, focus, and passion.
